How to fit the strip

Clean the wall

First clean the desired area with a degreasing agent such as white spirit.

Remove 3M adhesive tape from metal strip

There is 3M adhesive tape on the back of the metal strip. Remove the protective film.

Press on Metal Strip

Press the bar firmly into place and wait about 60 minutes before using it.

We are delighted with the magnetic hooks. Together with the magnetic strip, we use them as a coat rack. Even with heavy winter jackets, everything stays perfectly in place.

silwy READY package has disappointed

We received the voucher for the silwy READY package when we bought our Weinsberg caravan.
Unfortunately, you can choose your own products for the voucher value, but you only get this package, which contains the following products:
- 1 Magnetic hook CLEVER WHITE incl. metal-nano-gel-pad BLACK, which is already in the new caravan when you buy it - value: 14.95 euros (you can then request your remaining silwy READY package for the voucher)
- 1 Metal Strip 25 cm BLACK, which is attached with adhesive tape and is therefore unfortunately not as flexible to use - value: 29.95 euros
- 1 metal-nano-gel-mat BLACK (27 cm x 20 cm) to cut to size - value: ?? just under 25 euros
While the first two products are good, except that the color gets scratched quickly when hooked and then looks unattractive, I am totally disappointed with the mat. The mat, which can be bought separately in the online store, is twice as big for 49.95 euros and, as it looks in the pictures, has rounded corners and clean edges.
The mat included in the READY package unfortunately looks like a leftover piece, without rounded corners and with uncleanly cut edges
The silwy READY package that you get for your 95 euro voucher is therefore only worth just under 70 euros according to my calculations - dear silwy team, I feel a little deceived.
