How are my purchase prices calculated?
Immediately after your request, we will send you an Excel order list with the terms and conditions. The conditions can be individually renegotiated over time.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value for first orders from new customers is € 2,000.00. However, smaller orders can also be arranged if necessary.
Can I have an exclusive partnership in my region?
On request.
How can I pay for my goods?
We only accept advance payment for the first order. An individual payment term can be agreed for subsequent orders - usually 14 days (net).
How do I request sample products and are they free of charge?
Up to three samples can be requested by email at office@silwy.de. As we receive a large number of sample requests every day, we unfortunately have to invoice these at a discount of 50% on the RRP.
What happens in the event of a (customer) complaint?
Please inform us about (customer) complaints immediately by e-mail at office@silwy.de. In the event of a justified complaint, we are convinced that we will find a satisfactory solution for you (and the customer).
Which parcel service do you use?
Our national and international B2B orders are shipped by DHL. Shipments on pallets are handled by our forwarding partners.
