Additional Information: Shipping to Non-EU Countries
For shipments to non-EU countries, additional taxes or charges (e.g., customs duties) may apply, which are not collected or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact your local authorities for further details.

The usual process is as follows:

  • The package is inspected by the customs authorities of the destination country upon import.
  • During this process, import duties, taxes, or handling fees may be incurred.
  • The recipient will be contacted by the carrier or the customs authority (e.g., via email, SMS, phone, or app).
  • The package will only be delivered after all import charges have been paid.

Important:
If the recipient refuses to pay the import charges or declines to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to us.
Many carriers charge return costs or additional fees for this process. These costs may be passed on to the customer or deducted from the refund amount.
