Description
The magnetic VACUUM phone holder from FIDLOCK can be very easily attached to the air vent slats of almost all cars using a mounting hook. The connection is securely fixed with the help of the locking ring. The installation is done in just a few steps and without the use of tools. This super flexible solution is for everyone who wants to keep their smartphone safely and reliably in view as a navigation device while driving.
To securely fix the phone to the car holder, the magnetic VACUUM patch (included) must be attached to the phone. The force ratio between the magnetic phone holder from FIDLOCK and the magnetic VACUUM patch is perfectly balanced, so that the phone is on the one hand fixed by the holder, but on the other hand can also be easily (one-handed) removed from the phone holder (and reattached). Through the interplay of vacuum and magnetic force, the hold on the phone is absolutely secure. The phone is released simply by operating a lever on the side of the phone holder. by FIDLOCK.
The phone can be rotated in all directions (360° rotation), while a ball detent simultaneously prevents unintentional twisting during the drive.
There are two mounting options (included) for the Magnet-VACUUM patch:
Nano-Gel technology (pre-assembled and reusable)
The patch is delivered as standard with a nano-gel coating on the back and is ready to use immediately. It adheres directly to smooth, flat, and firm surfaces – ideal for the back of almost all phones.
Advantage: The Nano-Gel layer can be removed without residue, washed, and reused multiple times.
3M adhesive dot (permanent)
If the nano-gel adhesion does not work on your smartphone (e.g., due to special coating or material), you can use the included 3M adhesive point as a permanent alternative. For rides on rough terrain, the 3M version is recommended.
Important: The 3M version is intended exclusively for attachment to suitable protective cases – not on the phone itself. The subsequently mounted 3M adhesive point cannot be removed without residue, and the nano-gel function will no longer be usable afterwards.
