Description

With the magnet adapter, existing stemmed glasses can be easily retrofitted with the silwy® magnet system. Thanks to the elastic silicone, the adapter fits on stemmed glasses of all brands - regardless of whether they are wine glasses, champagne glasses or pilsner glasses. To ensure that the retrofitted stemmed glass stays in place while driving, it must be combined with a metal counterpole . The set includes a metal nano gel pad for this purpose. The force ratio between the magnet glass and the metal nano gel pad is perfectly balanced, so that the stemmed glass is fixed by the pad on the one hand, but can also be easily removed from the pad for drinking on the other.

Thanks to smart nano-gel technology, the pad can be removed at any time without leaving any residue , cleaned with clean water and reused as often as you like . This gives you maximum flexibility and you can use your magnetic glass wherever you need it or store it in the cupboard without it rattling and safely.

How the system works

The metal nano gel pads (included) can be removed at any time without leaving any residue. We recommend smooth, sealed surfaces for maximum adhesive strength.

Washing the nano gel pads will fully restore their adhesive strength. Simply use clear water to clean them.

The adapter is made of a very elastic silicone. Simply slip the adapter over your existing glass.

Kondome ersetzen leider keine Original Gläser

Ich habe mir die Kondome gekauft, in der Hoffnung, die vorhandenen Gläser und Tassen in das Silwy System einzubinden. Bei den Weingläsern mit Stiel passen die Kondome. Allerdings stehen die Gläser nicht so stabil wie die Original Gläser, sondern sie wackeln ein wenig, was wahrscheinlich der Konstruktion geschuldet ist. Für andere Gläser oder Tassen ist das Kondom eher suboptimal, da man sie entweder gar nicht über den Boden bekommt oder nur bedingt. Ich habe jetzt Kondome und kann sie eigentlich nicht verwenden. Da ich im Urlaub war ist die Rückgabefrist auch durch.

Can I store glasses upside down using the adapters?

No, we don't recommend that. If you would like to store your glasses upside down to save space, you should use our magnetic glasses.

Can the metal nano gel pads be removed without leaving residue?

Yes, all accessories with nano gel layer arecan be removed without residue, washed and reused.

On which surfaces do the metal nano gel pads stick?

The pads adhere to all surfaces thatsmooth / sealed / evenare.
Teak tables should be avoided. Oiled and uneven surfaces are also not recommended.

Can I upgrade my Leonardo glasses?

Yes, of course that's possible. The elastic silicone means the adapters fit all stemmed glasses.
