Directly after the request, we will send you an Excel order list with stored conditions. The conditions can be individually renegotiated over time if desired.

The minimum order value for first orders from new customers is €500.00. However, smaller orders can also be arranged if necessary.

For the first order, we only accept prepayment. For subsequent orders, an individual payment term can be agreed upon – usually 14 days (net).

Up to three samples can be requested by email at office@silwy.de. Since we receive many sample requests daily, we unfortunately have to invoice these with a 50% discount on the RRP.

Please inform us about (customer) complaints immediately by email at office@silwy.de. We are confident that in the case of a justified complaint, we will find a satisfactory solution for you (and the customer).

The shipping of our national and international B2B orders is carried out by DHL. Shipments on pallets are handled with our freight forwarding partners.
